Romanians will be able to call the Call Center Expert Forum for electoral assistance. Signaling irregularities in the polling stations will be done online
In the context of the presidential elections of May 18, 2025, Expert Forum, a member organization of the correct vote, launches an information and electoral assistance center for all citizens interested in the correct conduct of the presidential elections of May 18, 2025.

Through it, electoral experts and lawyers will answer the most common questions about the electoral process, such as where and how I vote, with what documents, and will provide support for signaling irregularities. Interested persons in Romania can call the number 0800 460 002 or, from abroad, the number 0318.222.800 (normal rate). The Call Center will work on Saturday, May 17, between 10:00 and 21:00, and Sunday, May 18, between 7:00 and 22:00, Romania time, transmits forum through a press release.
The voters also have the online platform www.votcorect.ro, where they can find essential information about the voting – from the location of the section to the necessary documents or the formulation of the notifications. Also here is available a form for reporting the irregularities observed in the days of the vote.
At the elections of May 4, most notifications were related to the continuation of the election campaign on the day of the vote, the photography of the ballots, the violation of the regulations regarding the personal data and dysfunctions of the electoral bureaus. Expert Forum encourages citizens to report any suspicion of fraud, both on votcorect.ro and directly to the competent authorities.
During the vote period, the correct vote coalition will monitor the elections with the help of almost 1300 independent observers, accredited in the country and in the diaspora. The observers will be present in the polling stations until the counting is completed.
The communications regarding the observation of the electoral process will be accessible on the election days on the page www.votcorect.ro/communicate.
At the same time, Monday, May 19, starting at 1:00 pm, the correct vote coalition will present the conclusions of the second round observation campaign. The event will take place online and will also be transmitted on the Facebook page of Expert Forum.
