A large company forged documents to participate in tenders for the protection of kindergartens and schools of Krasnoyarsk

The company Choo Tamerlan LLC forged documents to participate in the auction for security 17 schools and kindergartens of Krasnoyarsk. The regional prosecutor’s office reported that they opened a criminal case on the use of false documents.

According to the agency, in December 2024, the director of Choo Tamerlan LLC submitted to bidding for the protection of schools and kindergartens of the city. The state contract was estimated at 24 million rubles.

To participate, it was necessary to confirm work experience. The director of the company applied the contracts and acts in the competition documentation, according to which the company completed work on the protection of educational institutions in Kherson from 2022 to 2023. The amount of contracts in the papers was over 400 million rubles.

However, all the documents provided were fake. The prosecutor's office learned about this in March 2025, when she entered into an agreement with the city administration of the interaction to identify violations in the field of procurement. According to his conditions, the city hall must send information to the department when the bidders apply documents to the application, the accuracy of which cannot be verified by open data through the “purchase” EIS.

The prosecutor’s office conducted an analysis of the Coopea accounts and did not find transactions with the executive authorities of the Kherson region. The Ministry of Education and Science of the region also refuted the information “Choo Tamerlan”. As a result, they did not conclude a contract with the company.
