Ukraine Revises Business Operations Rules During Yellow Air Alert Levels
Ukraine is set to revise its business operation regulations in response to yellow air alert levels, as announced by the Prime Minister. The new rules will provide enterprises with additional time to establish appropriate shelters. The requirements for these shelters will vary based on the number of employees and visitors at each business. Companies will be allowed to utilize the nearest available shelters, even if they are located outside their premises.
In certain situations, instead of a full shelter, businesses can designate a safe space or ensure access to the nearest underground shelter. However, safety requirements will still remain in effect. Military administrations are expected to assess compliance with these regulations by March 4.
