A disturbing case has emerged in the Kyiv region, where a stepfather is accused of systematically torturing his 10-year-old stepson. Reports suggest that the boy’s mother filmed the abusive incidents instead of intervening. The 37-year-old man is facing a potential prison sentence of up to 6 years. Authorities have also removed three children from the family, which had previously been under the care of child protection services.
