Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Transferred to Pennsylvania Prison Amid Luxury Living Reports

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been moved from a New Jersey prison to a federal facility in Pennsylvania following revelations that fellow inmates were catering to him with gourmet meals, cleaning, and massages, according to reports.

The 56-year-old rapper, who is serving a four-year and two-month sentence for human trafficking, was transferred due to concerns about his behavior in custody and speculation regarding an injury he allegedly sustained, as noted by The Guardian.

The U.S. Bureau of Prisons (BOP) confirmed to AFP that the music producer’s transfer was to a lower security prison.

Juda Engelmayer, Combs’ spokesperson, stated that placement decisions are made by the authorities, and his team cannot discuss the reasons behind the transfer. “Sean remains focused on moving forward, and we hope his time in the new facility will be productive,” he added.

Combs was sentenced on July 2, 2025, after being convicted of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. Testimonies in the case included allegations of sexual parties that Combs referred to as “freak-offs.”

ALCOHOL AND PHONES IN PRISON

In September, NBC News reported that Combs was still enjoying aspects of his millionaire lifestyle while at FCI Fort Dix, allegedly smuggling in cognac and a mobile phone to access social media.

On Wednesday, TMZ claimed that the rapper was injured in a fight and had been removed from prison for medical treatment. The Bureau of Prisons refuted this claim, stating, “The story you are referring to is false and did not occur.”

Following the NBC report, Combs was placed in a special detention unit with heightened security, separate from other inmates. Additionally, he lost 41 days of good behavior credit, pushing his release date to March 2, 2028, according to an Associated Press source.

In April, the U.S. Court of Appeals heard arguments from Combs’ attorneys regarding the appeal of his conviction and sentence, with a ruling anticipated soon.
