Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that there is a strong proposal from the United States regarding a mutual ceasefire aimed at stopping attacks on critical infrastructure. He stated, “If this can be the first step towards de-escalation, halting Russian attacks on our infrastructure and our responses, Ukraine is ready to support this de-escalation.” In addition, Zelensky addressed the need to put an end to fraudulent call centers, emphasizing that strict criminal penalties will be imposed. He also pointed out that to close the budget deficit and continue necessary payments, there must be highly coordinated efforts between parliament members and the government, with a specific list of laws and government decisions required for implementation.
