During his visit to Lutsk, Igor Terekhov stressed the importance of supporting local businesses and creating a favorable tax regime for Ukrainian producers. He highlighted the need for scaling up modern technologies, particularly in the IT and DefenseTech sectors. Terekhov emphasized, “It is crucial for us to preserve both our workforce and intellectual potential, especially among the youth. Much depends on the economy, business, and construction as we restart economic processes. It is vital today not to become merely a raw materials appendage for European and American countries.”
