The Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) is taking measures to stockpile food and water in anticipation of prolonged power outages and other emergencies. The primary focus will be on assisting underprivileged residents and those facing difficult life circumstances.
These supplies will be utilized in several ways: during extended power outages at points of resilience; to aid those affected by emergencies; and to support workers engaged in emergency response and other urgent tasks.
