Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made it clear that Ukraine will not compromise on its military strength in response to Russian mobilization efforts. “We will not spare half a million soldiers for the Kremlin. We do not give away what is ours. Russia does not seek peace; it seeks mobilization,” Zelenskyy stated. He stressed the importance of adequately equipping Ukrainian troops to ensure that any reinforcements to the enemy’s army become ineffective.
