Iran’s Ballistic Missiles Could Reach Ukraine in About 700 Seconds
Oleg Katkov, the editor-in-chief of Defense Express, has highlighted the potential for Iranian ballistic missiles to reach Ukraine within approximately 700 seconds. He indicated that if Tehran chooses to target Kyiv, the launch would likely originate from the northwestern region of Iran. The Khorramshahr missile, which boasts a range of up to 4,000 kilometers, could be launched from anywhere in Iran, posing a significant threat to any part of Ukraine.
Should Iran decide to utilize its ballistic capabilities against Ukraine, it is expected to be a singular event rather than an ongoing campaign. Katkov noted that such an action would not markedly differ from what Ukraine is already experiencing through regular missile strikes from Russia.
