Draft Legislation to Restrict Movement and Services for Draft Evaders

Legislation has been drafted to impose restrictions on the movement and access to public services for individuals avoiding military conscription, as stated by military ombudsman Oleksandra Reshetylova. The proposed measures include limitations on receiving administrative services, using driving licenses, and freezing bank accounts. Reshetylova emphasized that these restrictions are intended to be fair to military personnel who have been serving for extended periods and require replacements.
