Ministry of Defense Announces Temporary Downtime for ‘Reserv+’ App

The Ministry of Defense has announced that the ‘Reserv+’ application may be temporarily unavailable from July 18 to July 22 due to scheduled technical work. Most of the maintenance will occur at night, and users are encouraged to have a physical document available by downloading a PDF version in advance.
According to the Ministry’s press service, users can download the document by tapping the ‘+’ icon and selecting the ‘Download PDF’ option on the app’s main screen. It is also recommended to print the document if possible.
Once the technical work is completed, the services will resume normal operations, as stated in the announcement.
Context
- ‘Reserv+’ is an application providing electronic cabinet functions for military personnel. It has been available for download on smartphones via the App Store and Google Play since May 18, 2024.
- The app allows users to update their information and generate electronic military documents.
- As of June 18, 2024, the ‘Reserv+’ app includes features for electronic military accounting documents and data editing. Additionally, a mobilization exemption feature was added at the end of June. The app is continuously updated.
