The head of a defense company and his deputy have been arrested in connection with an explosion involving ammunition at warehouses in Vyshneve, Ukraine, according to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). Reports indicate that the storage facilities adjacent to residential buildings were not suited for such purposes.
