Diego Zivulic, 34, recently shared an emotional farewell message with fans of Oțelul Galați, where he has played for the past three years. His departure was confirmed earlier this month, but he took the weekend to express his thoughts to the supporters.

Diego Zivulic Reflects on His Time at Oțelul
“I came in through the back door, and now I leave with my head held high after 127 matches. There were good games, there were less good games, and even mistakes, but one thing is certain,” Zivulic wrote. “I was always there when the club needed me and gave my best both on and off the pitch. The club has decided to take a different path, and that is sports.”
He continued, “It has been an unforgettable journey. Thank you to all the residents and supporters who welcomed me as one of their own. Galați will always hold a special place in my heart. Goodbye, Oțelul, it has been a pleasure, Galați! One of yours, 31.”
During his tenure, Zivulic scored 3 goals and provided 3 assists in his 127 matches.
