Ukrainian Long-Range Sanctions Hit Major Russian Oil Refinery
Ukrainian long-range sanctions have impacted a significant oil refinery in Ufa, which is located more than 1300 kilometers from the front line, as stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky. This facility is one of the largest producers of lubricants in Russia.
