Ukrainian psychologist Natalia Kholodenko completely accused the artist of building her career by cohabiting with the married Thales.
“From the age of 13, Ani Lorak took the path of prostitution for the sake of success – she lived with a producer named Thales,” she added.
Thales himself, who, according to him, now lives in Crimea, temporarily annexed by Russia, has never hidden the fact that he cohabited with an underage singer. He was 32 years old at that time. He is 18 years older than Ani Lorak.
“She was 13 years old then. I didn’t pay attention to age,” he said 14 years ago in an interview with TSN. “Don’t put me down below the plinth. Every person deserves love. When did this happen – adults, minors. Who the fuck is this, excuse the expression. It’s important that I loved her, and she loved me.”
According to Thalesa, he taught the underage singer everything, including how to behave with different men – generals, presidents and businessmen. He did not specify what exactly he meant by this training.
“Every man would want such a woman,” Thales said then.
When asked by a TSN journalist what his first sex with an underage singer was like, he stated that it “had to be done.”
“It was something wrong, incomprehensible, spontaneous. Well, it had to be done – it happened,” he shocked with his confession.
His statement still shocks the network years later.

Ani Lorak's parents never commented on the situation, pretending that nothing was happening.
Ani Lorak herself in the spring of 2021, in an interview with Russian propagandists, stated that Thales treated her as an object for making money.
“After the performance, a serious man comes up to me and says that I can become a star if I sign a contract with him,” the singer shared her memories.
She noted that Thalesa was attentive and caring, and she signed a contract for 10 years, believing that this was a chance to live better.
“The responsibility was on him. I was a minor child who did not know life. What did I understand there at 16 years old?! You are a child, essentially. The rapprochement happened when we moved to Kyiv. We lived in the same apartment. I think he thought of everything. I was very interested in him, because he is a well-read man, a man older than me, more experienced,” noted Ani Lorak.
Their personal relationship continued, despite the fact that Thales was married. Ani Lorak lived in a civil marriage with the producer for eight years and then left.
