Stanislav Cherchesov is the new coach of the Kazakhstan football team. Salamych signed a preliminary contract for two years with the possibility of extension for another year.
In his post, he replaced another Russian coach, Magomed Adiev. From 2016 to 2021, Cherchesov led the Russian national team. Career peak: 1/4 finals of the 2018 World Championship.
