In the part regarding monetary resources, Robert Kropiwnicki declared: 743 thousand PLN 372 collected in Polish currency, EUR 520 and USD 470. Additionally, it has funds accumulated in the Individual Pension Security Account (IKZE) worth PLN 23,000 PLN 226 and investment funds worth PLN 6,000. PLN 524.

The total value of the apartments themselves exceeds PLN 3.7 million according to the valuations indicated in the statement.

Other real estate and shares in two companies
In addition to residential premises, the MP also owns: land with an area of 4.22 ha, worth PLN 450,000. PLN and a garage with an area of 16 sq m worth PLN 30,000. zloty.
Robert Kropiwnicki also disclosed shares in two business entities: 24 shares in Legnickie Centrum Biznesu sp. z o. o. and five shares in LCB Nieruchomości sp. z o. o.

The total adds up to this over 694 thousand PLN of income shown in the declaration.
Car and loans
Among the movable assets, the MP indicated a 2013 Skoda Superb car. [współwłasność].

Analysis of the asset declaration shows that the basis of Robert Kropiwnicki's assets are real estate. The total value of the apartments, land and garage exceeds PLN 4.2 million. In addition, there are savings, pension funds and shares in companies.
What sets him apart from many parliamentarians is his extensive portfolio of apartments for rent, which in 2025 brought almost PLN 180,000. PLN of income and was one of the main sources of his income outside public activities.
