In Krasnoyarsk, 44% of residents opposed the delivery of orders by robot couriers. This was reported by the SuperJob research center.
26% of economically active residents who use delivery services were in favor of this delivery format in the city. The remaining 30% were undecided on the answer. In terms of the level of support for robot delivery, Krasnoyarsk was closer to the bottom of the ranking of cities with a population of over a million. For comparison, in Perm, 36% of respondents were in favor of robot delivery. In Samara and Krasnodar, 30% of survey participants each supported this format. In Novosibirsk, 25% were in favor of robot couriers. Below Krasnoyarsk, Moscow showed support, where robot delivery was approved by 24% of residents and Omsk with 20%.
Among the main reasons for abandoning robot couriers, survey participants cited the impossibility of delivering orders to the door, a reduction in human communication, the risk of vandalism, unusual situations on the roads and a possible reduction in jobs for people.
The survey was conducted from April 20 to May 27, 2026 among economically active residents of 16 cities with a population of one million people who use delivery services. A total of 10 thousand people took part in the study.
