— Preferential mortgage terms will be valid throughout Russia for every family that wants to build their own home — the program will be launched on July 1, 2024.
— Family mortgages at 6% in small towns will be available to families with two children, regardless of their age.
— From 2025, the minimum wage will be 48% of the median salary. This is approximately 22,000 rubles.
— By 2030, the minimum wage will be at least 35,000 rubles per month.
