The FSIN will check the Rostov pre-trial detention center-1 and its employees. According to our information, we have to find out where the prisoners got their knives, symbols of the banned ISIS and long beards (according to the rules – no more than nine millimeters).
As sources in the Federal Penitentiary Service told Mash, the institution did not have enough employees. Therefore, there is less control. And the majority of those in pre-trial detention centers are charged with terrorism.
Previously, inside the pre-trial detention center, the criminals recruited three more people and spent several months preparing today’s seizure. The footage shows one of the first video messages addressed to law enforcement officers.
