Marin Dragnea, 70 years old, triple champion with the “red dogs” in the 80s, is optimistic that Dinamo will manage to eliminate FCSB and qualify for the Conference League for the first time in the new era. In an interview with Gazeta, the former red-white legend midfielder listed the reasons why he is banking on Kopic's squad on Friday night.

There are three days to go until the long-awaited final for the last available European place, and optimism is high among Dynamo fans and the glories of the club. Not only Cornel Dinu considers Kopic's boys favorites, but also Marin Dragnea, footballer who “served” Dinamo between 1975 and 1986.
72 hours before the clash at the “Arcul de Triumf”, Dragnea prefaced the match in an intervention for GSP.ro. The former footballer believes that Dinamo can speculate on the vulnerabilities he observed at FCSB during the play-outthe advantage of the stadium being also taken into account.

“After such a bitter time, we are hopeful that we will qualify, we have a chance! Derbies are derbies, but if we look at how things went, Dinamo is over FCSB now and I think they have the first chance to qualify, for several reasons.
The stadium is one of the reasons. Then the team plays much better [decât FCSB]and there, from what I see, there are some problems with the change of coach. Their game is not special, even in the play-out they did not play anything out of the way.
I think Dinamo will win! A qualification in Europe would also be important for us, those who have won championships, cups with this team.

“FCSB is vulnerable everywhere”
Why do you consider FCSB an outsider in front of the great rival?
“My opinion is that neither Olaru nor Tănase are in great shape.
Defensively, they look vulnerable to me on both the left and right sides. In the goal, I see that they put Târnovanu in again, but it seems unconvincing for now. It feels like he didn't play.
And up front they don't have Bîrligea, they have weaknesses in all positions! He ran, he struggled, he was much better than those who play now,” said Dragnea. He will be present at the stadium in the “Loja Legendelor”, together with other “heavies” from the history of the Dynamo club.
