The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, handed over another 3,100 drones of various types from city residents to the soldiers of the 225th separate assault regiment (OShP). Klitschko wrote about this on Telegram.
“Another batch of necessary assistance to our defenders! From the capital’s community, I transferred another 3,100 UAVs of various types to the front to the soldiers of the 225th separate assault regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In particular, 2,400 FPV drones on fiber optics, 500 interceptor drones and 200 Matrice 4E and 4T,” Klitschko said.
The mayor recalled that in March, Kyiv had already transferred more than 3,000 UAVs and 20 ground robotic systems to the 225th regiment.
“In total – together with today’s ones – in almost five months of 2026, more than 50,500 UAVs of various types have already been transferred from the city community to fighters of various brigades. The capital will continue to help all our military!” – Klitschko emphasized.
