A man died from the explosion of an old mine on a plot in the Leningrad region: a summer resident tried to open it
In SNT in the Lomonosovsky district, a 48-year-old man found a mine from the Great Patriotic War. He began to cut the cone of his discovery with a grinding machine and caused an explosion, dying on the spot.
When examining the body, specialists discovered a deep wound under the chin. Also, the phalanges of two fingers on the man’s hand were torn off. The corpse has been sent for forensic examination.
