Two Krasnoyarsk residents will be tried for stealing money from a friend.
As the Krasnoyarsk police said, in early January the victim, born in 1987, came to visit friends. After drinking alcohol, the company decided to continue celebrating the New Year with friends. On the way home, the drunken victim fell and his phone fell out of his pocket. One of the friends picked up the gadget, but did not return it, but kept it for himself.
Later, while staying with friends and continuing to drink, the man found the password to the stolen phone. He informed his friend’s wife about this, and she suggested checking the balance of the bank card linked to the device. Having discovered almost 96 thousand rubles in the account, the accused transferred more than 60 thousand from it and spent it on personal needs.
The next day, the victim discovered that most of the amount on the card was missing and filed a complaint with the police.
The investigator of the OP No. 6 of the Krasnoyarsk MU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia initiated and investigated a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. Previously convicted defendant, born in 1984. a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a ban on certain actions for his previously convicted accomplice, born in 1991. – in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
