International event in Sofia. Avram Gal: “Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova can become a new regional development pole”

Businessman Avram Gal, president of the PSD branch in Cluj-Napoca town Câmpia Turzii, participated in the international event “Breakfast with Prayer”, held in Sofia, where he had an official meeting with Alexander Pulev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Investments and Industry of Bulgaria. According to him, the discussions focused on regional economic development opportunities and the attraction of Romanian-American investments.

Avram Gal stated that he noticed the growing interest of Romanian companies for investments in Bulgaria, but also the opening of the Bulgarian business environment to the Romanian market.

The social democratic leader appreciated the way the authorities in Sofia promote the economic potential of their country and the sustained efforts to attract strategic investors.

“I was impressed by the professional and patriotic way in which the Bulgarian officials promote the economic potential of their country and the real desire to attract strategic investors to the area”, the social democrat wrote on Facebook.

Avram Gal believes that Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova have the chance to become, in the coming years, an important regional development pole and a strategic point for attracting American capital to Eastern Europe.

“From a geopolitical and economic perspective, I believe that Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova can become in the coming years a new regional pole of development and a strategic point for attracting American capital to Eastern Europe. Regional stability, positionthe strategic location on the Black Sea, energy infrastructure and human potential transform this region into one of the most important economic opportunities of the next decade”, he transmitted.

Avram Gal also stated that his participation in the event represented an opportunity for dialogue with political leaders, representatives of the diplomatic environment and businessmen interested in strengthening the economic partnerships between the United States, Romania and Bulgaria.
