In Krasnoyarsk, the property complex of the Sibneftrezerv company, owned by ex-deputy of the regional Legislative Assembly Roman Goldman, was sold for 50.2 million rubles, with an initial price of 96.3 million rubles. The winner of the auction was the Kraspromneft company. According to TASS, Kraspromneft was registered in 2019 in Krasnoyarsk and is engaged in fuel trading. Sibneftrezerv also sold fuels and lubricants as part of the Goldman Group holding. Since 2024, the LLC has been in bankruptcy proceedings. A number of the ex-deputy’s other companies are also in a state of bankruptcy; he himself is also bankrupt; a procedure for the sale of property has been introduced against him.

Since January 2024, the ex-deputy has been on the international wanted list, and in February of the same year, the Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk arrested him in absentia. Later, another criminal case was opened against Goldman for laundering more than 40 million rubles. It should be noted that he was deprived of his parliamentary powers due to a case of careless storage of weapons that resulted in the death of a person.
