In Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, “black realtors” suspected of fraud were detained. Two men 43 and 37 years old, as part of a criminal group, deprived the owner of the apartment of his property.
As reported by the regional Investigative Committee, the victim was a lonely Zheleznogorsk resident who led an antisocial lifestyle. From spring to October 2022, the suspects gained his trust, limited his communication with others and systematically gave him alcohol.
Under the guise of helping pay off debts, they persuaded a drunk man to sell his apartment. The proceeds of a million rubles were appropriated and spent at their own discretion.
