Industrial enterprises were provided with great assistance with materials and equipment, MTS and state farms received a large amount of new equipment, collective farms were provided with grain seeds and fodder for public livestock farming. The People's Commissariat of Agriculture, Education and Health were sent to area of doctors, teachers, agricultural specialists.
