Mihai Stoica, the president of the Board of Directors, announced this evening that he has settled on a name for a coach for FCSB and that he is waiting for the OK from Gigi Becali to officially name him.
Stoica did not want to give explicit details, but let it be understood that the coach comes from abroad, “from a beautiful country, full of history”.
He says that it is not about Elias Charalambous, even if he admits that Gigi Becali still insists on the return of the Cypriot.
MM insisted that the new coach will be appointed on the technical bench only if the current FCSB staff will accept. He is only allowed to bring a physical trainer.
Alin Stoica and Lucian Filip are FCSB's “secondary” coaches, Marius Popa is a goalkeeper coach, and Ionuț Zottu is a video analyst.

I had a discussion with Alin Stoica and I told him that he, Lucian Filip, Marius Popa and the video analyst Ionuț Zottu will be part of the technical staff, regardless of which coach will come! It is a condition set by the club to the new coach, if he does not accept, we cut a name from the list, we go to the next name.
