“A label is placed and he does not play anymore”

Laurentiu Reghecampf, a double champion coach with FCSB, analyzed the failure of the Romanian champion, on Saturday evening, from the 4th Superligii, score 3-4, with Dinamo. He criticized the red-blue game and spoke about the problem of the U21 players and the mistake that the owner Gigi Becali makes with them.

FCSB started the match with Dinamo with Ionuț Cercel (18 years) right defender, but this had an extremely weak evolutionbeing terrorized by Alexandru Musi, mistaken at two of Dinamo's goals, and was then punished by Becali, who changed. He did not have the patience and in the 78th minute he changed the earring with another “Under”, Mihai Toma, forced right defender.

After this match, Reghecampf, who is the new analyst of Fanatik Superliga, spoke about the situation of the U21 players in the champion team, because he cannot explain how they do not give, although they are the most valuable in the country.

Believes that much of the guilt is also Gigi Becali, Which, unhappy, criticizes them publicly and has no patience with them, explaining how, since he left FCSB, Musi has extremely good evolutions at Dinamo.

Reghecampf, after Dinamo – FCSB: “They are young, patience is needed”

“It's a difficult situation. They are all kinds of small things … Tommy goes to congratulate Dinamo's coach, some players talk more about the result, about arbitration. This is when the results come. They should know that when there are such moments, you go to the locker room, stay and think, do not go.

I stay and wonder: if we removed the match from the Super Cup, where they played well and won the trophy, what remains? Otherwise, their matches and yield were low. Dinamo was clearly superior from the beginning to the end.

I wonder, in recent years, all U21 players from FCSB have not been able to grow. Musi went to Dinamo and plays incredible. At Dinamo a group was formed, there are many young players who develop in a good environment. At FCSB, when an U21 makes a weak match, he is label and he doesn't play.

It's a mistake. I think the FCSB boss bought the best U21 players, invested in them, but then, maybe his fault, because he criticizes them publicly … They are young, it takes patience. There are risks. Where do you put a U21? On the tape to have near a defender, a midfielder.

We thought, most coaches think about it. You have to be patient. A lot of money is paid on them, but then they are lost. We have the U21 rule, it must be respected. You grow them, you buy them, they are players for whom they pay much related to their level, and then you have to try to develop them, to become important for the team. FCSB suffers and is seen during the match.

Cercel had a weak match, but he played against an U21, he had to cope. Played poorly but did anyone play well last night? Maybe Tanase, but he's a certainty, he's the most important player. Must understand at training what he has to do.

Last night the earring was on the ground, but it was nowhere. It's not about pressure. If you have not played well, you are changed and learn from mistakes. But I can only blame the earring. You have players like Ngezana next to you, Șut, national people, who have to supplement at such times.

At their experience and level, I think it is no longer necessary to talk about arbitration. It's a shame. The frustration is great, but there are enough people around the team who should tell Tanase not to comment. The locker room is discussed. Their concentration should be much higher on what is happening on the field, “said Laurențiu Reghecampf, Sunday at noon, at Fanatik.
