The local department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed this information, but did not specify where exactly this happened.
According to Astra's analysis, the oil spilled along Koshkina Street, which is located next to the Tuapse oil refinery, which was attacked by Ukrainian drones three times over the past month.
