Tudor Gheorghe, 80 years old, was taken to the hospital on Thursday evening. HotNews and other publications reported that he was hurt and fell in a hotel in Iași, citing a press release from IPJ Iași.
“Of all the news today, this is the best: Master Tudor Gheorghe (meaning me) is in a serious condition in hospital (as you can see) after losing consciousness following a stroke. The police are investigating. Very good news, very good news,” says Tudor Gheorghe, laughing.
The Police also gave a statement about the situation in which Tudor Gheorghe was involved, on Friday in the early part of the day.
“On April 23 of this year, the Iași Police Department No. 3 was notified, by calling 112, by a 52-year-old man, regarding the fact that his 80-year-old father, while he was in a hotel in the city of Iași, fell and hit his head,” IPJ Iași reported in a statement.
