Last week, the finalists of the International Architectural and Development Award REPA-2026 were announced. Among the best is the project of a kindergarten in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk. It entered the TOP-3 projects of educational institutions in the country, along with the concepts of educational institutions in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Construction is being carried out by the StroyInnovatsiya Group of Companies under a concession agreement as part of the implementation of an agreement for the integrated development of the territory at the initiative of the copyright holder. Commissioning of the preschool is scheduled for this summer.
The kindergarten is created according to a standard design in compliance with all quality and safety standards, but with an original architectural appearance – it is integrated into the concept of the five elements of the Univers residential complex.
Another feature of the project is a unique interior that will introduce children to the natural diversity of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, its inhabitants and climatic features.
Non-standard solutions were implemented at the expense of the construction company.
The REPA Award winner will be announced in June.
