A series of attacks on Russian oil infrastructure

At the turn of March and April, Ukraine carried out a series of attacks on Russian oil infrastructure on the Baltic Sea coast, including: on the port in Ust-Luga and the oil terminal in Primorsk, temporarily suspending their work.

Reuters reported on April 2, citing three industry sources, that a reduction in oil production in Russia is inevitable because Ukrainian attacks on port infrastructure, pipelines and refineries have reduced the country's export capacity by 1 million barrels a day, or one fifth.
