The Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the party and the humanitarian center of United Russia are holding the campaign “For the children of Donbass with warmth from Siberia” for Children’s Day.
Traditionally, before the summer holidays, deputies of all levels, activists and party supporters will collect humanitarian aid for the children of the sponsored Sverdlovsk municipal district.
The main goal of the action is to organize summer holidays for children living in social institutions. Sports equipment, board and educational games, books, art kits, and stationery will be collected for the children.
“The United Russia Humanitarian Center actively supports the residents of Sverdlovsk and the Sverdlovsk region of the LPR. Campaigns to raise aid for children started in 2022 and received a good response. Since then it has become a good tradition. These initiatives are especially important on the eve of the school year and summer holidays, not only for children, but also for teachers and parents. We help get the kids ready for school, and help by June 1 makes the summer holidays eventful and interesting,” said Mikhail Kotyukov, governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia party.
The collection of the cargo is planned to be completed by the beginning of May, then it will be sent to Sverdlovsk.
Let us remind you that a cooperation agreement was signed between the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Sverdlovsk Municipal District of the LPR. The Siberian region helps the LPR region in restoring infrastructure, repairing educational and social institutions. And the humanitarian volunteer center of the United Russia party provides humanitarian assistance. In 2025, as part of the campaign, 864 briefcases with sets of notebooks and stationery were sent to Sverdlovsk for elementary school students.
