In a global context where security no longer means exclusively armaments, but advanced technology, operational intelligence and highly qualified human resources, Romania's defense industry is going through one of the most important moments in its recent evolution.
At the heart of this transformation is not just investment or international strategic partnerships, but an essential, long-underestimated element: recruitment.
