Krasnoyarsk residents were told how to find out if their house falls into a flood zone during a flood (video)

April 3 9:50

The Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Krasnoyarsk Territory told how you can check whether a house or garden plot falls into the flood zone during the spring flood.

The risk zone includes low-lying areas, garden areas, roads and low-water bridges. You can check whether a flood threatens a specific area online using the public cadastral map on the Rosreestr website.

To do this, you need to select the “Zones with special conditions of territory use” (ZOUIT) layer and enter the cadastral number of your site. If land falls into a flood or flood zone, this will be reflected on the map.

Accurate information can also be obtained by ordering an extract from the Unified State Register on the Rosreestr website or through the State Services portal.

The department urges residents not to ignore safety measures and assess the risks in advance.
