In the village of Minino in the Krasnoyarsk urban district, residential buildings were flooded.
According to the SATP, the cause was the freezing of a culvert, due to which water began to quickly accumulate. At night, specialists poured hot water over the ice jam and restored the outflow. The situation was normalized.
The mayor's office warns that while daytime thaws give way to night frosts, ice jams may form. The condition of streams and small rivers is being monitored.
