Ukrainian drones struck the Kirov region for the first time. According to Mash, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been attacking the region since 10 am. Eyewitnesses report at least four explosions in the area of the Vyatka plant.
Local authorities officially confirmed two explosions and an attack on an oil storage tank. The alleged target of Ukrainian drones is military bases. Not a single UAV reached them. There were no casualties.
