Searches at the Department of Emergency Situations. Investigation by military prosecutors

Military prosecutors seized, on Friday, documents and telephones from the Department for Emergency Situations (DSU), based on an order of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Appeal, according to G4Media and Observator.
The head of DSU, Raed Arafat, did not want to comment, saying that it is an investigation in rem (facts are concerned, not people), and the institution will send a statement. “We will issue a statement. It is in rem (no- investigation), it is under analysis, I have nothing to comment until we see what it is about. I will not comment, we will issue a statement,” Arafat told the Observer.
Asked if he was among the people whose phone was picked up, the DSU chief replied: “I'm not going to comment now.”
According to Observator information, the investigation concerns two doctors from the Floreasca and Gerota hospitals who also allegedly worked at the DSU. The suspicion of the prosecutors is that the doctors would not have presented themselves at the DSU.
