A young man sought by firefighters and divers in the waters of Lake Colibiţa, after falling from a boat the previous night, was found dead, about 30 meters from the shore.

The searches lasted almost three hours, and the body was found by divers, extracted and brought to the shore.
From the first information, the deceased young man is about 16-17 years old.
In the case, a fireman's fire crew from the Prundu Bârgăului fire station and the diving crew from the Bistriţa Fire Detachment, as well as a medical crew from the Bistriţa-Năsăud County Ambulance Service, according to Agerpres, intervened.
The area of the Colibiţa accumulation lake is one of the main tourist attractions of Bistriţa-Năsăud county, this being attested as a tourist resort of local interest starting with 2017.
