Victor Ponta, former PSD president, announced that he will file a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office next week against the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana Țoiu. Ponta has already collected all the evidence.
“I have not discussed with Nicușor Dan. We will file a criminal complaint. We have collected all the data, we have the list of all those who were on the plane, there are a lot of majors, people with files from Neamț. Probably, next week I will go to the Prosecutor's Office. They lied and broke the law”said Victor Ponta for Gândul.
Victor Ponta, attack on USR: “They are scoundrels!”
The Romanian state had the obligation to protect the minor away from home, in the conflict zone, claims Ponta. According to him, his daughter was on the list, and the aircraft left with empty seats and adults on board.
“There is a GD that refers to this, the obligation of the Romanian state towards minors in conflict zones. Attention! It should not have been on any list! It is on the list. But it should not have been on any list. Any Romanian child who now goes to Ghana or New Zealand or Peru, to the consulate, the consul is obliged to support him, if he is an unaccompanied minor, located in a conflict zone. The fact that a parliamentary party receives money from the budget of the state, to go to war with some children, it shows that society has gone crazy. Instead of worrying about the fact that health and education are worse than last year, the companies in the infrastructure have not been paid for months… Is there anything anymore? But Miruta is buying rockets from Germany (…)Ponta transmitted.
He believes that Prime Minister Bolojan and other officials do not have the courage to take a stand in the scandal, although they know the truth, because they are afraid of the USR and the NGOs that would be under the wing of the formation.
“I, if I had a PSD minister, I would ask him to resign and tell him “you're a bastard! Don't fight with the children! Fight with Țoiu, with Miruță!” The fact that they are afraid to say this (…) Who makes the justice laws in Romania? NGOs!”Ponta also transmitted.
