The prosecutor's office brought charges against three associates of Poland 2050 MP Adam Gomoła for violating regulations related to the organization of the election campaign for the voivodeship assembly.

The spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Opole, Stanisław Bar, announced that, based on expert opinions, charges were brought against three people associated with MP Gomoła in the past.

– Charges were brought against three women. The first one, regarding forging the signature of a candidate for a voivodeship councilor on electoral documents, was heard by the then manager of MP Gomoła's parliamentary office. This is an act punishable by up to five years' imprisonment. The other two suspects were charged with financing the production of election materials from a private account and not from the official election fund, which is punishable by a fine of up to PLN 100,000, said prosecutor Bar.

None of the suspects admitted to committing any prohibited acts. MP Gomoła was questioned only as a witness.
