The court sentenced two Krasnoyarsk residents for the murder of an unfamiliar young mother (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, two local residents were found guilty of murdering an unfamiliar girl. This was reported by the press service of the regional Investigative Committee.

The department recalled that the crime was committed on May 20, 2025. In the evening, the men met a 19-year-old girl on the street who was with her 2-year-old daughter. She said that she had nowhere to spend the night, and the men invited her to visit them in an apartment in one of the houses on Voronova Street.

“During the feast, as a result of severe alcohol intoxication, a conflict arose between one of the men and the guest, during which he punched the girl in the neck. As a result, the victim lost consciousness, after which the accomplices threw the girl out of the apartment window from a height of 4 floors. Some time later, the men reported to law enforcement that someone else’s young child was in their apartment. The woman with serious injuries was taken to the hospital, where she died two days later,” said the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under paragraphs. clause “c”, “g” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).

The court found the accomplices guilty and sentenced them to 16 years in prison to be served in a maximum security penal colony. One of them was additionally sentenced to 1 year of restriction of freedom.

The press service of the regional prosecutor's office added that the court also satisfied the claim of the mother of the deceased and collected 1 million rubles in compensation for moral damage from the convicted persons each.
