The Chelyabinsk school, where a teenager attacked classmates and a teacher, was checked for safety before September 1.
Minister of Education of the Chelyabinsk Region Vitaly Litke told Ural Mash that MBOU Secondary School No. 68 was equipped with everything necessary. He doesn’t know whether the metal detector went off when the armed student arrived.
Now the ministry is going to strengthen protection in schools so that this does not happen again.
