Four migrants will be expelled from the country after a raid near Krasnoyarsk (video)

Krasnoyarsk law enforcement officers conducted a migration raid on the territory of a warehouse complex in the Emelyanovsky district and identified a violation legal requirements.
The documents of 67 foreign workers were checked, 29 of whom were taken to the police department for further investigation.

“As a result of the raid, 10 administrative offenses were identified, including: violation of immigration rules and stay in the Russian Federation, as well as the provision of false information when carrying out migration registration. In relation to 4 foreign citizens who violated the stay regime, decisions were made to forcefully expel them from the country. In addition, 5 materials were collected on the grounds of a crime under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation,” an inspection is being carried out,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Main Directorate also recalled enhanced control over the stay of migrants and entities involved in the attraction and use of foreign labor throughout the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
