Russians demand to cancel the concert of singer Shaman due to a huge fee in Stavropol
For an hour-long concert at the Day of the Stavropol Territory, singer Shaman will receive 15 million rubles. Another 4.6 million will go towards related expenses. The customer is the Stavropol State Philharmonic.
