Only a third of Russians save money for the long term — survey data
Approximately 30% of Russian residents are saving money for the long term, and 38% are just about to start doing this.
Methods for forming savings differ between women and men: women deposit funds regularly, in small portions, and prefer conservative instruments. Men deposit funds less frequently and in larger amounts.
70% of Russians said that the most popular amount that they usually send to savings at a time is up to 10 thousand rubles.
