A fisherman was forced to do forced labor because of crucian carp and pike in the Tver region
The prosecutor's office supported criminal charges against a 29-year-old local resident who went on an illegal fishing trip.
During the prohibited period for fishing, the man caught three crucian carp and one pike with a spear, causing damage to the state in the amount of over 2,500 rubles.
The court sentenced the fisherman to 120 hours of compulsory labor.
